Joy has worked in the wellness field for the last 16 years. She is a board certified health coach, RYT-200 yoga teacher, and school psychologist. Joy attended Marshall University in WV where she obtained a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology (2002) and an Education Specialist degree in School Psychology (2005). She received her training as a Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (2019). She is furthering her health coaching training at the School of Applied Functional Medicine. She has combined her academic, health coaching and yoga training to create a holistic and integrative approach to physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. She is passionate about helping others regain their health and empower clients to Live Life Loud!
Joy has a particular interest in working with individuals with special needs, veterans, and those with emotional struggles. She specializes in working with children and adults with attention deficit disorders, anxiety disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and those with difficulties regulating their emotions.
